Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with Yalli. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully:
- Yalli offers 3 days replacement policy.
- The sold products cannot be returned.
- In case of any damages on products, We will replace the products within 3 – 5 working days (Customer must send a package opening video for the condition of the product to this number (+91 77081 68171).
IMPORTANT NOTE – Refund is not available for such cases. - After the customer approves for return, Customer must send the broken or damaged product to our address through Indian Post or ST Courier. (We will give out courier charges, after we receiving the broken product)
- Most of the products images has been taken from the internet. The original product may look slightly differ from the image.
- Customer have to notify us within 24 hours, if the products is damaged or defect when the customer receive.
- Wrong products sent by us.
- Damaged or Broken products received. (Package opening video must be included)
- No replacement will be done without receiving any packing opening video.
